PRODUCT INFORMATION
We did our best to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of our products that appear on the website.
However, we would like to seek your understanding that the actual colours you see will also depend on your screen's resolution.
Do allow some differences. The product's measurements are taken as accurately as possible. There may be up to 1" difference due to batch production.
DELIVERY & SHIPMENT
Orders are shipped on the next working day upon payment verification, unless the order contains item(s) on backorder.
Mailing days fall on weekdays, excluding the weekends and Public Holidays.
Registered postage shipping is encouraged because it comes with a tracking code, hence a safer delivery option.
We shall hold no liability and responsibility for lost parcels/parcel damaged incurred during shipping.
EXCHANGE & RETURNS POLICY
All items sold are non-refundable but may be exchangeable if the item is defected. Customers shall bear the full responsibility in making sure items mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly.
We will not be responsible for lost mails in connection to such returns or exchange. Returns & Exchanges are based on a case-by-case basis.
Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition: TAG INTACT, UNWORN, UNWASHED. Exchanges for articles which do not meet all three conditions will be duly declined.
Please note that all exchanges have to be mailed back within 7 working days from the day the parcel was delivered.
